What we do

The four practices in detail

Four practices, one house. Here is what each one really covers, who it is for, and the situations where it saves time.

Support

Your IT stops slowing you down.

Your IT is not a project, it is a working tool: it has to hold. We step in before a breakdown costs you a day, and we stay reachable when one happens anyway.

Who it is for

Sole traders, associations and small businesses with 2 to 50 workstations and no in-house IT department.

What is included

  • On-site or remote troubleshooting, with a diagnosis before any replacement.
  • Workstations on Windows, macOS or Linux, servers, NAS, network and printers — with no camp to defend.
  • Verified backups, updates, passwords and access management.

Typical situations

A file server to take over, ten workstations to bring into Microsoft 365 or into a self-hosted suite, a shared printer that stopped being shared.

AI and agents An AI assistant installed at your premises, entirely local when your documents cannot leave: first answers to internal questions, summaries of your files, help with data entry.

Training

Your teams become self-sufficient.

Useful training is not measured by how many features were shown, but by what your teams do differently on Monday morning.

Who it is for

Administrative teams, associations, new staff, or anyone who wants to stop losing time.

What is included

  • Sessions at your place, on your own files and folders.
  • Spreadsheets and tracking, word processing, mail and calendars, working together on a shared document.
  • Microsoft suite as well as free suites (LibreOffice, Thunderbird): we train on what you use.

Typical situations

A spreadsheet that becomes usable tracking, a team that stops emailing attachments around, a newcomer self-sufficient within a week.

AI and agents Training in the real use of AI assistants: what they do well, what they make up, how to check — with exercises on your own documents, never demonstrations.

Consulting

You decide on facts.

Many IT decisions cost a lot because they are taken on a hunch. We bring figures, full costs and comparable scenarios.

Who it is for

Management teams, associations and sole traders who have to choose, renew or cut back.

What is included

  • An inventory of hardware, software and subscriptions, with their real cost over a year.
  • A costed comparison of the scenarios: status quo, migration, cloud, hosting at your premises.
  • A roadmap ranked by risk and by gain, and a data protection framework.

Typical situations

A subscription that doubles with nothing in return, a choice between Swiss hosting and a local server, preparing a fleet renewal.

AI and agents Local assistant or hosted service: what leaves your premises, what stays, what each option costs — then implementation, and measurement of the real gains.

Engineering

Tools that fit your business, not the other way round.

A shared spreadsheet shows its limits quickly, and a general-purpose product always ends up imposing its own way of working. We then design the missing tool: a website or a trade intranet, opened in a browser on a computer or a phone. We do not patch up an old development: we start from the need and propose a new tool, simpler and up to date.

Who it is for

Small businesses, associations and sole traders whose trade does not fit the boxes of a standard product — and who want a tool that looks like them.

What is included

  • Web and intranet applications: internal portal, case tracking, memberships or mandates, forms, dashboards.
  • A single application, opened in a browser on a computer, a tablet or a phone — nothing to install for your users.
  • And when the browser is not enough: a desktop application for Windows or Linux, an Android application, or an autonomous agent wired to your data.

Typical situations

An intranet replacing three spreadsheets and a filing cabinet; a membership portal that collects payments and sends its own reminders; a field application on Android reading the same data as the office.

AI and agents Agents wired to your data: reading documents, entering records, sorting and routing mail, searching your files — inside your application, your intranet, or entirely on your premises.
